The most widely used solutions is repositioning and manual ligament, cryotherapy and laser therapy, which aim to bring the affected area to necrosis and then allow it heals. In more severe cases it is applied  an irritant chemical which leads also to necrosis of the area or the hemorrhoidectomy is implemented, the surgical removal of the affected area.
